Dead battery or fouled spark plug.
Put the battery on a low amperage charger for a few hours. Also make sure the fluid levels in the battery are topped up with distilled water, and that the battery doesn't have any sulfation (looks like white powdery crud in the battery).
And of course you checked to make sure the bike has gasoline, right?
